Holistic Treatment Policy

This Agreement is made between:

The Practitioner: With Grace, Amy Grace Williams (“the Practitioner”)

and

The Client: (“the Client”)

This policy outlines the terms and conditions between the client (“you”) and With Grace (“the Practitioner, “we”, or “us”) for the provision of holistic treatments.

By completing the booking and/or paying for a treatment with With Grace, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to this Holistic Treatment Policy. This agreement is legally binding from the date of booking.

With Grace offers in-person holistic treatments within a female-only environment, creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive space for clients.

The following policy is in place to ensure clarity, safety and respect for both the Client and the Practitioner.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All appointments can be booked via the website or booking system and require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot.

  • The remaining balance is payable by cash or bank transfer at your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand that appointments may occasionally need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If a client cancels their appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, their deposit can be transferred to a future booking

  • If a client cancels their appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable and you will be required to pay the remaining balance of your treatment

  • If a client misses their appointment (no-shows), you will be charged the full cost of the treatment

  • In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment, you can choose to either receive a full refund, or reschedule at another suitable time, in which case your deposit will be transferred

3. Lateness

  • Please arrive on time at your scheduled appointment time.

  • As I may be with another client and do not have a waiting area, early arrival is not advised.

  • If you arrive late:

    • Your treatment time may be shortened

    • The full treatment fee will still apply

4. Consultation & Health Information

  • All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their first appointment.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your health, medical history, and any relevant conditions.

  • It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any changes to your health, medical history and any other conditions prior to each appointment.

5. Suitability for Treatment

  • Treatments will only be carried out where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

  • If information is not provided in advance, or if a condition is disclosed at the appointment that makes the treatment unsuitable, I may need to reschedule or decline treatment.

  • In these circumstances, the appointment may still be chargeable.

6. Medical Disclaimer

  • Holistic treatments offered by With Grace are complementary and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • If you have any concerns regarding your health, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Right to Refuse Treatment

  • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.

8. Respect & Environment

  • With Grace is a calm and respectful space.

  • Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session and may lead to refusal of future bookings.

9. Agreement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to this policy.
